The homeowners can track when cleaners are on the way and also read the cleaner’s reviews on their profiles. A simple visualization through maps helps people book their home cleaning requests easily and avoid the constraints of set times and schedules.

We launched Skep Home during a critical time of the prevailing covid-19 pandemic in North America. Hence, it was important to build a robust app that supports high booking requests and transactions. When the app processed a high rise in the number of transactions in the Greater Toronto Area, the powerful backend architecture stood the test of time.

Forward-looking, future-ready app

When Skep Home partnered with us, scalability and availability of the system were primary requirements. Our engineering team addressed it by deploying technologies which offered optimal scalabilities including AWS Route 53, Load Balancer, and CDN. The robust architecture was built to be future-ready for a high number of booking requests and transactions. We deployed strong logging metrics to monitor the system. Additionally, we implemented a comprehensive Web CMS for effective brand positioning and user engagement. The result? A highly responsive and user-friendly digital product that makes the lives of end-users easier. We witnessed 10k active users in a month post-launch of Skep Home.
